These midcentury tables were acquired locally from the daughter of their original owner, who lived to be 100!
The oval table tops were removed from their bases, then were stripped, sanded, repaired, and refinished. They were given a whitewash (Fusion Mineral Paint in Casement) to lighten the wood grain, then coated with Fusion Stain & Finishing Oil in white (two coats) and natural (one coat). The bases were painted a rich, deep blue - Fusion Mineral Paint in Willowbank - then finished with hemp oil. [Artisan: ABP]
